FULL PRICED ITEMS Swimsuits purchased at full price are eligible for refund or store credit on domestic (U.S.) orders. Items must be returned with in 14 days from the date of delivery. We are not currently accepting international returns. Due to the sensitive nature of swimwear, underwear must be worn when trying on items. Eligible for return items must be unworn, with ALL original packaging including keepsake box, attached labels, travel bags, paddings and intact protective hygienic liners. If any return does not meet the above requirements, the return will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse any return due to signs of wear, misuse, or alterations. The item can be mailed back to the customer at customer's expense. If the customer refuses to pay the shipping expense to receive their items back, the items will be discarded. You may begin the return process by clicking the link in the "Start the Return Process" below.
Please note all items marked final sale are not eligible for return. If a customer attempts to return final sale items they will be charged a final sale fee and the return will be rejected and can be sent back to the customer at their expense. If the customer refuses to pay the shipping expense to receive their items back, the items will be discarded.
EXCHANGES We currently do not offer exchanges, only returns. If your item is eligible for return you can return the item and then repurchase once your refund or credit has been issued.
RETURN TO SENDER If a return to sender is processed by the carrier, once the package has been received you will be issued store credit minus the shipping fee.
NOTE: Complimentary Free shipping is ONLY valid on purchases over $150.
RETURNS: Login to your account or click the "Return Item" link below. Simply submit your return request with the link provided below and you will receive a prepaid shipping label.
START THE RETURN PROCESS (RETURN DIRECTIONS): U.S. Customers click Return Item to begin a return.
• Pack all items with intact labels in their original condition into the Caeirie keepsake box. Add keepsake box to shipping package. Do not add the shipping label to the Caeirie keepsake box.
• Print the prepaid shipping label which will be emailed to you.
• Once item received, returns will be processed within approximately 7-10 business days and credited back to the original form of payment minus shipping fee. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been completed. Please note any shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
